Volunteer pilots in organizations nationwide serve their communities by flying search missions to find lost hikers, transporting sick patients for urgently needed care, delivering pets to loving families, and in the Christmas Season, flying Santa to military hospitals with gifts for wounded servicemen and their families. Thousands of AOPA pilots serve their communities, their country, and in countries in need oversees—as volunteers, covering the expense themselves. They deserve our support and recognition, as well as the recognition of elected officials.
If you see a group with a mission and you’d like to help – please use our directory links below to learn more. If you know of a non-profit pilot/aviation organization, that does service work in your area and is NOT in our directory, please let us know!
To help grow our network of service organizations, please tell others about GA Serves America and include a note about how pilots and aviation organizations can serve their communities.
